What are Experts?
We have Experts on our Discord Server. These are people who know the GalaxyBot particularly well and actively support in the #helpdesk. Experts are not team members, but still have some privileges over regular users. All Experts support voluntarily in the #helpdesk.
How do I become an Expert?
You must fulfill the following requirements:
- Know the GalaxyBot & Dashboards well
- Be friendly and helpful
- Be active and provide good contributions in the HelpDesk
If you meet all these requirements, we will notice and may contact you. Please do not ask for the role; this will not increase your chances of becoming an Expert.
