Ticket System

The ticket system has been greatly expanded and can now be customized even more flexibly.

Form Fields

You can now create forms individually for each category. These can be shown either when opening, closing, or rating a ticket. For example, you could ask a question when closing the ticket such as Was your concern resolved?. The answer is displayed in the Team Dashboard. Available types: Text, File, Select Menu.

Automatic Ticket Processing

Automatic actions can now be executed in tickets. The following options are available:

• Auto-Close: The ticket is automatically closed if it has been inactive for too long.
• Auto-Alert: The ticket creator automatically receives a warning message when inactive.
• Auto-Unclaim: The ticket is automatically released when inactive.
• Auto-Claim: The ticket is automatically assigned to a moderator as soon as they write.
• Auto-Close after complete Close-Request: The ticket closes automatically once all parties involved have agreed to the close request.

Transcripts

• Actions such as claim, unclaim, autoclose, closerequest, forward, alert, add, remove, add member request, add member approve, add member reject and close are now displayed.
• Transcripts are now more organized and easier to read and manage.
• Attachments are now stored indefinitely and uncompressed for Plus servers until the Plus subscription is cancelled.

Other Small Changes

• Tickets can now also be created without a category.
• If a Discord category with 50 channels is full, a new one is automatically created.
• The ticket system has been switched to the new Container V2.

Voice Support

• It is now possible to set multiple support times per day.
• The Voice Support system has been switched to the new Container V2.

Team Dashboard

The team dashboard has received a completely new design and has been expanded with several new features.

Mine Page

The "Mine" page is new. Here, you can see and manage actions that directly affect you. The following functions are available here:

• Absences: Submit new absences and view current absences.
• Suggestion Box: Submit new entries directly from here.
• Meetings: An overview of all next relevant meetings.

Objections

• Objections can now be taken over just like applications.
• Objections now show more information and are easier to process.

Other Small Changes

• Applications can now be created in multiple languages.
• All tables, such as the table of all moderation cases, can now be sorted.
• Inactive team members can now be deleted.
• The calendar design has been redesigned.
• The calendar has new features.

Dashboard

The dashboard has received a completely new design.

• Plus can now also be purchased by administrators and people with server management rights.
• There is now a partner deal with hypeserv in the dashboard.

Plus

• GalaxyBot Plus can now also be purchased in Switzerland.

Bug Fixes

• Many bugs have been fixed and stability has been improved.
