How do I get help on the Discord Server?
First join our Discord Server.
Helpdesk
On our Discord Server you'll find a forum channel called Helpdesk. In this channel, any member can create a post to get help.
Check for existing posts
Before creating a new post, please check if your problem has already been reported. Search for a few keywords that match your problem.
Create a new post
If you have a problem that you couldn't find, you can create a new post. Click on the button and fill in the fields.
Create a meaningful post
You can now add a title, description, and multiple images to your problem. Please write a meaningful title instead of vague terms like "Help", "Problem", or "Bot not working". A better example would be: "Ticket System - Panel not sending".
In your description, please describe your problem in more detail. Please answer at least the following questions:
- Which module is this about?
- What error message occurs?
- What happens or doesn't happen, but should?
- What is your Server ID where this problem occurs?

Please note that all Supporters, Experts, and regular users help in the Helpdesk voluntarily. Therefore, please be patient if you don't get an answer right away.
How can I help others?
If you know the bot well, you're welcome to help users in the #helpdesk channel. Please proceed professionally. If you're active and helpful, we'd be happy to have you as an Expert. Learn more about Experts.
