Support System
We have rebuilt the support system. Over the years it has become outdated and had some issues. We have now adapted it to the state of our new infrastructure.
Bug Fixes & Changes
- Buttons no longer edit the wrong support cases.
- Support cases are no longer combined with old and incorrect cases.
- The system has been reprogrammed to use Containers (Discord Components V2).
- If no times are configured, support is now permanently open.
Ticket System
- The /onbehalf command now also displays the creator and the reason in the creation message.
Team Dashboard
- You can now add users directly to the team from the user database with an easy click of a button in the Team Dashboard. They will automatically receive all required roles.
Bug Fixes
- General bug fixes and stability improvements have been made.
